Key Account Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support operational reconciliation, asset tracking, stakeholder coordination, and process compliance within the Assets Assurance function.

The role involves collaborating with B2B fleet partners and cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence through effective reconciliation, stakeholder coordination, data accuracy, and timely resolution of operational issues.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a problem-solving mindset with a focus on operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with B2B fleet partners and internal stakeholders to drive timely resolution of operational activities and ensure seamless process execution.
• Perform operational reconciliation and data validation to identify discrepancies and drive timely resolution.
• Track and follow up on pending operational cases to ensure closure within defined timelines.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and operational dashboards.
• Maintain accurate operational records, trackers, and process documentation to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Operations, Product, Technology, and Store teams.
• Ensure adherence to defined SOPs, operational policies, and process compliance.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support audit, asset tracking, reconciliation, and other operational initiatives as required.
• Take ownership of assigned operational projects and deliver within defined timelines.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Operations, Asset Management, or Process Excellence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; knowledge of Power BI and SQL will be an added advantage.
• Ability to analyze operational data, generate actionable insights, and prepare MIS reports.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in operations, reconciliation, or customer-facing roles will be preferred.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and support implementation of automation and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency
