Key Account Executive

Key responsibilities

• Manage the sales team's itinerary, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
• Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support to the sales team
• Establish good business relationships with new and existing key customers through viable business negotiations and presentations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• New product development, new product listing and distribution
• Ensure the shelf price tags of all FIGO products are noticeable at the selling floor
• Conduct market and product analysis of local needs, including competitor analysis, pricing analysis, market and business analysis
• Propose order immediately to the buyer for items which are very low or out of stock
• Promote and educate customers of products to increase company sales during sampling, road shows and exhibitions

About you

• Diploma in Business Management or professional certificate

• Minimum 1 years of working experience in manufacturing industry

• Good organization skills and time management skills

• Responsibility, respect for others, fast learner and able to work with a team

• Fluent communication and written skills in English, Malay and Mandarin will be an added advantage
