Key Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts; specifically for Modern Trade Key Accounts and Health & Beauty Stores.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
• Achieve sales targets by identifying growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Identify and secure new accounts to expand market share.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing and other internal teams to implement promotional strategies and optimize product placement.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements to drive account performance.
• Analyze consumer trends, preferences, and behaviors specific to baby personal care.
• Develop and execute account-specific plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Track and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ of relevant work experience.
• Relationship management in the baby personal care ecosystem.
• Deep Power Point & Excel skills.
• Own transportation to conduct regular site visits. (edited)
