Key Account Executive

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction. Supervise, coach, and train them to enhance their performance and development.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including conducting house visits to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Manage duty rosters to ensure optimal store staffing.
• Maintain store standards, including the upkeep of displays and the overall presentation.
• Coordinate with the logistics and marketing teams to ensure timely deliveries and the successful execution of promotions.
• Assist with the planning, setup, and coordination of store events and promotions.

About you

• A degree in sales and/or marketing.
• 2 years' experience in the sales and marketing of consumer goods.
• A retail background, preferably in branded goods, would be advantageous.
• Experience working for companies with retail counters in department stores or big-box retailers, or experience managing showrooms.
• Experience managing sales consultants or promoters.
• A strong command of the English language would be an asset.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented.
• Sales experience in the mattress or furniture industry would be an added advantage.
• Strong people skills.
