Job Summary

Lead and develop sales consultants to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service in a retail environment. Manage store operations, coordinate with teams for promotions and deliveries, and support event planning to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage sales consultants to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through coaching and training

Deliver exceptional customer service by conducting house visits to resolve inquiries and issues effectively

Manage duty rosters to ensure optimal staffing levels for smooth store operations

Maintain store standards by overseeing displays and overall presentation to attract customers

Coordinate with logistics and marketing teams to ensure timely deliveries and successful promotion execution

Assist in planning, setting up, and coordinating store events and promotional activities to boost sales

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Degree in sales and/or marketing

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing of consumer goods

Retail experience, preferably with branded goods or managing retail counters in department stores, big-box retailers, or showrooms

Experience managing sales consultants or promoters

Sales experience in the mattress or furniture industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through customer interactions and team leadership

Proficiency in English to support effective communication in customer service and team coordination

Highly motivated and results-oriented with strong people skills
