Key Account Executive (KAE)

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and business partners.

Drive account growth by identifying business opportunities and supporting sales initiatives.

Assist with operational activities related to account management and daily business processes.

Collaborate closely with Key Account Manager (KAM) to execute account strategies and achieve business objectives.

Manage multiple projects and coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.

Prepare and analyze sales reports, account performance, and business data using Microsoft Excel.

Communicate effectively in English with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major.

Mandatory: Minimum 1 year of experience in the RETAIL industry.

Mandatory: Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills.

Strong sales experience with the ability to manage and grow client accounts.

Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and handle projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, etc. An Excel assessment will be conducted during the recruitment process.

Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
