Unox, market leader in the production of high-end ovens, certified as Great Place to Work® in Europe for the eight consecutive year, is looking for a Key Account Specialist to join the Unox Sales Team. This figure will report to the Sales Director, exploring and managing sales opportunities within the Austrian territory. Main responsibilities

• Support the Key Account Manager in the development and execution of account strategies and business plans.
• Research and develop local market and customer intelligence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, activities and opportunities in our CRM.
• Support customer visits, meetings, demonstrations, trainings and commercial activities.
• Support communication between the customer, local organization and UNOX HQ.
• Support the coordination of service, installation, maintenance and other customer-related activities according to UNOX procedures.
• Develop professional sales, presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
• Support the organization and execution of UNOX trade fairs, customer events and other commercial activities.

Requirements

• Strong interest in Sales and Business Development and Key Account Management.
• High level of curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, energetic and hands-on approach.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow through on commitments.
• Fluent in English and German.
