Key Account Manager

• General Management Attitude. Joint value creation with distributor in one or several independent distributor hub, deeply involve in business plan alignment, set up all the enabling systems with multi-functional operation.
• Selling Capability. Join in the sell in process and enable distributor to win FMOT(First Moment Of Truth)in top stores.
• Channel Expertise. Experience different store types key business driver and go to market operation from off line to on line (H/S, Cosmetics, BBS, CVS, Alliance, DP.com, etc.).
• Category Knowledge. Learn all category knowledge by bringing to bear cooking category business growth plan.
• Stewardship Standard. Co-works with unit manager to ensure distributor data accuracy, review & monitor funding usage.

Working Location: 武汉，福州，郑州，东莞，重庆，成都，南昌，济南，沈阳，台州，宁波 Qualification Requirement:

• Strong leadership and ownership. Think and act as an entrepreneur.
• Strong selling skills, powerful interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understand core business driver of channel, category and has shopper knowledge.
• Training capability to develop new join-in employee and distributor sales team.
• A flexible schedule of frequent business travel.
• Bachelor degree or above. Proficient in English writing and speaking.
