Job Responsibilities :

• Manage assigned key accounts to achieve sales, profitability, and market share targets.

• Lead annual Trading Terms (TT) negotiations

• Manage and optimize Promo Fund / trade investment budget

• Drive promotional planning and pricing execution in collaboration with Trade Marketing.

• Monitor sell-in/sell-out performance, forecast demand accurately, and identify growth opportunities based on historical data and forward trend analysis.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure excellent execution, service level, and stock availability.

• Provide regular business reviews with data-driven recommendations to internal management and customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Min. 5 years in Key Account Management (Modern Trade), preferably FMCG

• Expert in Minis channel

• Proven track record in negotiating Trading Terms and front margin with retailers.

• Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with sell-out data, historical trends, and demand forecasting (advanced Excel; Nielsen/retailer data is a plus).

• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
