Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the Key Account Management team.
2. Develop and execute strategies for key accounts.
3. Identify and manage strategic customer accounts.
4. Drive business growth and up-selling opportunities.
5. Monitor team performance and KPI achievement.
6. Analyze business data, contracts, proposals, and pricing strategies.
7. Develop and implement operational processes and procedures.
8. Conduct market research and present findings to senior management.
9. Coach, mentor, and provide guidance to team members.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. More than 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, including at least 2–3 years in a team leadership role.

3. Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

4. Proficiency in Chinese will be considered a strong advantage.

5. Excellent negotiation, business analysis, and problem-solving skills.

6. Strong communication, relationship-building, and team management abilities.

7. Owns a personal vehicle and holds a valid driver's license.
