Key Account Manager

Job Responsibilities :

• Act as primary liaison for key portfolio of clients – provide a personalized, white glove service
• Develop healthy, long-term relationships with clients
• Engage is proactive relationships with clients to ensure total satisfaction
• Partner cross-functionally with various teams within the organization to deliver excellent customer service and address client needs
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships
• Monitor account KPIs, to include volume, satisfaction, & retention
• Provide feedback to management for continuous improvement initiatives
• Support QBRs and strategic business plans to ensure the meeting of company-wide goals
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements :

• 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, and/or client management
• Customer-centric mindset – Proven success in building & maintaining long-term client relationships
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to be a problem-solver and take ownership
• High sense of urgency
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to identify business development opportunities
• Ability to identify trends and gain insight from data
• Proficient with CRM systems & Microsoft Office
