What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts via voice channels.
• Sales & Upselling: Utilize strong sales acumen to understand client needs and drive revenue.
• Business Calculations: Handle basic profit and loss (P&L) calculations to structure profitable deals for accounts.
• Relationship Management: Maintain high customer satisfaction and retain business through excellent service.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Education: Any Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of Sales experience OR an MBA in Marketing (Freshers are highly welcome!).
• Languages: Fluent, professional communication in both English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Skills: Strong analytical thought process, sharp sales acumen, and comfort with basic financial calculations.
• Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates.

Job Details

• Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month CTC.
• No. of Openings: 135 positions.
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
• Location: Shivajinagar, Bangalore, Karnataka (100% Work from Office).
• Shift: Day Shift (6-day working week with 1 rotational off).

• Operations Interview Round

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
