Key Account Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE

• Main in-charge Smartphone/ Smartwatch/ Tablet/ Audio business & exploit new business opportunity.

• In charge of key accounts of Open Channel.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with Key Account, understanding their business need, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with products or services,

• Negotiating contract and pricing agreements, landing new product plan to achieve targets, and ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and Key Account.

• Full responsibility of product strategy and product display, following the product display strategy, drive shipping order, making sales order to fulfil account demand. Ensuring that ordered products are delivered in a timely manner and maintaining healthy stock levels.

• Responsible the strategy into action by making sales plans for sell-in and sell-out, including incentives, joint marketing activities, and other measures to ensure monthly sales goals are met

• Effective presentation and communication skill to deliver key message with partner

• Collaborating with GTM /MKT/ Retail team on brand building campaigns and supporting sell-out.
