About the role

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to take ownership of major supermarket retail accounts in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

Serve as the primary commercial lead for key supermarket accounts with minimal supervision
Oversee the full document workflow—including purchase orders, delivery orders, commercial invoices, and stock return/discrepancy handling
Coordinate across internal teams to guarantee on-time delivery and stock availability
Directly manage and mentor 1–2 Sales Support staff to ensure effective operational execution
Execute promotional strategies, track competitor pricing, and drive volume growth across retail channels

About you

3–5+ years in FMCG, fresh produce, or food retail account management in Hong Kong
Strong communicator, natural multi-tasker, and deadline-driven under fast-moving FMCG pressure
Meticulous with numbers and trade documentation
Fluent in Cantonese and proficient in written/spoken English
