What they need

Responsibilities

Managing relationship with key accounts.
Addressing customer's concerns and needs.
Strategic Planning - Annual strategic planning with account ( JBP ), monthly performance review, distribution, expansion to deliver sales, revenue and profitability through collaborating with accounts.
Trading Terms annual negotiation.
In-store excellence execution in every aspect in offline retail.
Managing promotional budget in account

Requirements

Minimal of 3 years of experiences in KA/Offline retail sales (Personal care/cosmetics industries).
Good communication skill.
Having existing relationship with modern trade account is a plus.
Fluent in Mandarin is a plus.
Data analytic skill is a must.
