KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (INBOUND SALES)
Location: Middelburg, Mpumalanga

A leading FMCG client is seeking an experienced, dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join their team in Middelburg, Mpumalanga. This role focuses on inbound sales, converting customer enquiries into sales opportunities, managing key accounts and growing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to inbound sales enquiries.
• Qualify leads and convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing key accounts.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain and manage the sales pipeline.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field, or relevant experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience in sales, key account management and/or business development.
• Proven sales and account management track record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen and customer focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Results-driven with strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
