Key Account Manager – E-commerce

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key marketplace accounts including Myntra, AJIO, Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry & Nykaa.
• Drive sales, GMV and overall marketplace growth.
• Develop and manage marketplace campaigns, promotions and product launches.
• Coordinate with marketplace KAMs and category managers to drive business growth.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, catalogues and product performance.
• Analyse sales, conversion, returns and key marketplace metrics.
• Prepare sales reports, business forecasts and performance dashboards using Advanced Excel.
• Ensure account health and smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in E-commerce / Marketplace Management.
• Experience in the Fashion / Apparel industry is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience managing major e-commerce marketplaces.
• Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel.
• Good understanding of e-commerce sales, marketplace operations and business growth.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
