What You'll Be Doing

• Manage a portfolio of existing key accounts
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Resolve customer enquiries and issues promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Prepare account reports, forecasts and sales updates as required

About You

• Experience in logistics, sales, account management, or a related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skill
• Mandarin speaking skills are highly preferred
