Key Account Manager (Medical Device)

Key Responsibilities

• Account Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), aesthetic clinics, and private medical centers.
• Sales Growth: Achieve territory revenue targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the aesthetics portfolio.
• Business Planning: Design and execute strategic account plans to expand market share and secure new accounts.
• Education & Training: Coordinate and support clinical workshops, product demonstrations, and doctor-training programs.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor movements, track industry trends in Singapore's aesthetic market, and report insights.
• Compliance: Ensure all promotional activities strictly adhere to local health regulations and company compliance policies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or account management experience within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or aesthetic industry.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, complex stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Attributes: Results-driven, independent, adaptable, and highly knowledgeable about clinical aesthetic trends.
• Language: Fluency in written and spoken English (proficiency in secondary regional languages is an added advantage).
