Position Summary:

Support ongoing contractual relationships and the operational delivery of services to a defined customer base or a group of accounts and serve as the primary point of contact with clients to ensure client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage rates, quotations, order processing, billing and invoicing through SAP.
2. Handle daily SAP transactions, data maintenance, issue resolution and systme project implementation
3. Prepare operational reports and monitor account performance and efficiency.
4. Support customer inquiries, escalations, projects and process improvements.
5. Collaborate with internal and global teams to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
2. 3-5 years demonstrated work experience in customer service, supply chain management.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent in both English and Chinese.
5. Excellent command of PC knowledge including Excel and PowerPoint
6. Experience in SAP is a plus
7. Flexible work location between Kwai Chung and Tuen Mun.
