Key Account Managers-Building Materials/Project Sales

Key Accountability:-

• Identifying potential clients Architects, Builders, Construction Companies, HNIs to sell /Specify Building Materials sold by our company . Getting orders by making compelling concept presentations to them.
• Understanding the clients' requirements and developing an appropriate sales strategy to get building Materials specified in their projects.
• Creating business proposals & following up with potential clients for closures.
• Networking within the industry with different construction professionals like designers, developers, and business heads of different brands.

Developing rapport with architects & interior designers for more business :-

• Negotiating and closing the deals with Building Materials brands from different product categories like furniture, marble, lighting, bath, tiles, home automation, etc.
• Attending various trade fairs like ID, Acetech, Zak, Foid, Idac, Roofindia and more the industry.
• Representing the company at Building Materials Exhibitions
• Regularly preparing sales reports - sales pipeline, closures, forecast etc.
