Key Account Operation-Madrid

1. Responsible for undertaking logistics needs of platforms and supporting business expansion;

2. Explore customer needs and promote the implementation of product solutions based on customer needs;

3. Proactively monitor operational quality, monitor key indicators around customer signed SLA, ensure quality meets customer needs while promoting internal operational quality improvement;

4. Focus on customer satisfaction and maintain good relationship.

Job Requirement

1. More than 2 years of working experience in the e-commerce /logistics field, with customer operation experience;

2. Solution formulation and implementation capabilities and strong driving force;

3. Have a deep understanding of the competitiveness of local logistics solutions and experience in implementation;

4. Able to adapt to cross-cultural work scenarios and have English or Spanish communication skills.
