Key Account Representative

Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture relationships with key customer accounts
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets
• Identify opportunities for growth within key accounts
• Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, addressing any issues or concerns
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
• Provide regular reports on account performance and sales activities

Requirements:

• With valid driver's license
• Able to drive motorcycle
• Proven experience as a Key Account Representative or similar role in the FMCG industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with market analysis tools and techniques
• Availability to travel for client meetings and business reviews
