Key Account Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a driven Sales Manager to grow our business and manage key semiconductor customers across Malaysia. You will promote ATE testers, handler systems, and related test solutions, taking ownership of the full sales cycle while working closely with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business and achieve sales targets in Malaysia.
• Build and manage relationships with semiconductor assembly and test customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including customer visits, solution discussions, quotations, negotiations, and project follow-up.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and identify new customers and business opportunities.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of sales or project experience in semiconductor packaging and testing or semiconductor test equipment.
• Good understanding of semiconductor assembly and test processes.
• Experience with ATE testers, handlers, or similar equipment is preferred.
• Existing semiconductor customer relationships in Malaysia are a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Professional proficiency in Chinese and English is required.
