KEY ACCOUNT SPECIALIST / CONVERGE SME FIELD SALES AGENT
- Willing to Undergo Field Training
- Sales Experience is a Plus
- Willing to be Trained
- Will Handle SME/ Business Accounts
KPIs & Objectives:
Sales Achievement - Meet or exceed monthly/ quarterly sales targets
Revenue Growth - Increase revenue from assigned accounts
Account Retention - Maintain and grow existing customers
New Business - Acquire new accounts/ opportunities
Upselling/ Cross-selling - Increase products/ services per account
Collection - Support timely payment and reduce outstanding balances
Customer Satisfaction - Maintain strong customer relationship
Pipeline - Maintain sufficient qualified opportunities
Account Coverage - Regularly engage and develop key accounts
Pay: Php14,627.59 - Php20,000.00 per month
