Key Account Support

Based in the US, WFH, travel required

Job Responsibilities

• Key Account Maintenance: Manage daily communication and relationship maintenance with key accounts; respond promptly to customer inquiries, needs, and complaints; enhance customer satisfaction and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Order Management: Handle order changes, delays, and exceptions to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Promotional Campaign Support: Collaborate with sales team to execute promotional programs for key accounts. Responsible for pre-campaign information alignment, order & customer issue follow-up during campaigns, post-campaign data reconciliation and review.
• Account Records & Cross-functional Coordination: Maintain customer account records; regularly sync order, promotion, and delivery information; coordinate with internal teams including sales, warehouse, and supply chain.
• Risk Alert & Information Sync: Proactively identify potential customer risks; promptly report key account changes and demand shifts to supervisors; support customer retention and business growth.

Job Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; fluent in both Chinese and English.
• 2 years+ of experience in key account service or order management in the 3C electronics industry; familiar with B2B key account processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; capable of handling customer exceptions and urgent issues; detail-oriented with strong data awareness.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
