Key Account Management

·         Build strong relationships with the retail buyers and category managers

·         Conduct regular business reviews

·         Negotiate promotional activities and commercial agreements

Sales Growth and Execution

·         Drive sales targets and revenue growth

·         Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance

·         Ensure excellent in-store execution

·         Maximize product and availability and visibility

Business Development

·         Secure new product listings

·         Identify growth opportunities

·         Expand market penetration

·         Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Reporting Analyst

·         Analyze account performance

·         Track KPIs and promotional effectiveness

·         Recommend growth strategies and corrective actions

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

·         2-5 years’ experience in Key Accounts or Modern Trade Sales

·         FMCG, Food, Beverage, or Consumer Goods background

·         Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

·         Experience handling supermarket and retail chains

·         Results-oriented and highly driven
