Learning Objectives

Program Overview:

• Gain experience in proposal preparation, project monitoring and customer documentation

• Develop business communication skills with prospects and key account customers.

• Understand project execution to customer

Activity 1: Project Documentation and Customer Support

Objective:

• Gain hands-on experience in managing and organizing project documentation.
• Learn best practices for document control, filing, and project record management.
• Support the preparation, organization, and maintenance of project documentation.

Tasks:

• Organize and maintain project files, records, and folders (physical and electronic).
• Assist in preparing project documents such as reports, proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Update document registers, trackers, and filing systems.
• Ensure project documents are properly named, version-controlled, and archived.
• Monitor document submission deadlines and follow up on pending documents.

Applications / Tools:

• Excel, Word and teach how to use C4C.

Marketing and Lead Generation Support

Objective:

Develop the knowledge and skills required to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities that generate new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with key account customers.

Tasks:

• Identify and qualify potential customers and business opportunities.
• Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support customer engagement activities for existing key accounts.
• Coordinate customer meetings, presentations, and events.

• Canva, C4C.

Education Requirements

· Engineering background

· Marketing background

Pay: Php9,000.00 per month
