Lead the state team to deliver secondary sales milestones by driving counter-level off-take. responsible for C2S [cost to sales] & store visibility and viability
Design and optimize weekly sales beats and coverage plans for Sales Supervisors to maximize market penetration across metro and regional hubs
Monitor distributor margins, trade schemes, counter display ROI, and secondary liquidation metrics.
Manage and coach state Sales Supervisors and oversee counter-level Beauty Advisor (BA) performance.
