Key Accounts Manager

Role & responsibilities

To manage & expand client relationships in Mutual Funds by delivering high-quality service, increasing wallet share, and driving business growth from existing & new clients.

• Build strong relationships with retail & HNI investors
• Convert leads into actionable investment opportunities
• Drive monthly SIP & lump-sum investment targets
• Conduct portfolio reviews & recommend suitable products
• Maintain CRM/MIS daily updates on client interactions
• Upsell & cross-sell Financial Products (Health & Life Insurance, Equity Broking)
• Ensure smooth onboarding, KYC, documentation & transaction support
• Coordinate with AMCs & internal teams for service delivery
• Ensure 100% compliance with SEBI/AMFI processes

Preferred candidate profile

• Female professional with 2+ yrs experience in MF distribution/advisory/BFSI
• Excellent communication & persuasion skills
• Strong product knowledge: Equity & Hybrid categories, SIP strategies, Goal-based advisory
• Good at Excel, email etiquette, client follow-ups
• AMFI/NISM V-A certified or willing to certify within 30 days
