Key Accounts Manager

Job Title: KAM | Mensa Brands

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the P&L for all channels
• Develop and execute strategies for all channels ensuring seamless market entry and growth.
• Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to enhance sales performance across Qcom,Amazon and D2C platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, marketing, and finance to ensure alignment and optimization of the channels.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices for e-commerce and D2C platforms
• Monitor competitor activity and adapt strategies to maintain competitive positioning.
• Closely work with the performance marketeers, content team and graphic designers to drive content & ads strategy for Amazon Advertising, Meta & Google Ads.

Key Requirements:

• 8-9 years of experience in managing all channels
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, fulfillment processes, and marketplace best practices.
• Experience in optimizing product listings, improving keyword rankings, and executing promotional campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting performance data and making data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of D2C platforms, with experience managing customer journey and ads performance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in consumer goods industries.
• Familiarity with international e-commerce marketplaces,
