Key Accounts Manager

• Source MRO and industrial products from reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Identify new vendors and develop a strong supplier network.
• Handle RFQs, quotation collection, comparison and negotiation.
• Understand customer requirements and identify suitable products/vendors from the market.
• Coordinate with vendors for pricing, availability, quality and delivery timelines.
• Negotiate commercial terms and ensure competitive procurement.
• Manage the procurement process from requirement identification to order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and B2B customers for smooth execution.
• Maintain vendor and product information accurately in the system.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Support sourcing of mechanical, electrical, safety, tools, consumables and other industrial MRO products.
• Identify alternative suppliers/products to improve cost competitiveness and availability.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in MRO procurement, sourcing, industrial purchase or indirect procurement.
• Experience in industrial products / engineering / manufacturing / automation / electrical / mechanical sectors preferred.
• Strong understanding of MRO products and industrial components.
• Hands-on experience with RFQs, vendor sourcing, quotation comparison and price negotiation.
• Good vendor management and communication skills.
• Candidates with B2B industrial sourcing/procurement experience will be preferred.
• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production or related engineering fields preferred.

Pay: ₹328,075.83 - ₹800,000.00 per year
