Key Accounts Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and manage day-to-day client interactions. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers. • Understand client requirements and provide customized logistics solutions. • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling of services. • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Transportation, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth service delivery. • Prepare and present proposals for additional services and business opportunities. • Monitor customer satisfaction, address concerns, and ensure timely resolution of issues. • Conduct regular client reviews and feedback meetings. • Monitor KPIs, service quality, operational performance, and account profitability. • Identify service improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions. • Resolve operational challenges that may impact customer satisfaction. • Prepare regular reports on account performance, revenue, KPIs, and customer feedback. • Analyze account data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management
