Key Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key E-commerce accounts including Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.

• Handle Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, FBA, Easy Ship, and Seller Flex operations.

• Manage Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, and other relevant platforms.

• Drive revenue, profitability, assortment, visibility, and market share across assigned accounts.

• Develop and execute account-wise business plans, sales targets, promotions, and growth strategies.

• Manage brand-funded promotions, claims, credit notes, deductions, and commercial settlements.

• Monitor and manage aging inventory, stock availability, replenishment, and liquidation.

• Ensure strong marketplace execution including:

• Catalog optimization

• Listing quality

• Buy Box performance

• Pricing hygiene

• Product visibility

• Marketplace compliance

• Coordinate with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Category, and Operations to ensure smooth account management.

• Track sales, inventory, pricing, promotions, and account performance through MIS/BI dashboards and analytics.

• Identify opportunities to improve conversion, ranking, assortment, and overall account profitability.

• Manage relationships with marketplace account/category managers and negotiate commercial opportunities.

• Lead and mentor a small team of KAMs / Category Executives, where applicable.
