Key Accounts Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Using category best practices and insights to develop strategic initiatives. Delivering volume, value, business, and profitability against annual sales planning
• Building relationships at Key levels with identified Modern Trade chains. Managing relationships with all existing Modern Trade and Ecommerce vendor. Responsible for order generation and execution
• Driving Sales volumes through the identified MT, Developing and implementing promotions with MT
• Pricing negotiations with MT and Competition tracking
• Managing MIS for set of MT chains
• Appointment and management of financially sound service oriented MT distributors.
• Promoter management
• Coordinating customer service for the selected MT Distributors.

Preferred candidate profile

• Pleasant personality and good manners
• Strong selling and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication in local language and in English.
• Product knowledge
• Keen interest in mobile and gadget technology.
• Experience in handling Modern Trade in good organizations
• Good analytical and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven record in MT sales and distributor management.
• Good understanding of Retail Marketing.
