We are looking for an experienced Sr. Key Account Manager to drive revenue growth and strengthen distribution across General Trade (GT) & Modern Trade (MT) channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand distributor networks across GT
• Build & manage relationships with major Modern Trade accounts
• Drive monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets
• Handle commercial negotiations, margins & space allocation
• Ensure product visibility and optimum stock availability
• Execute BTL promotions, schemes & merchandising initiatives
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing & product launches
• Drive collections and ensure adherence to credit policies
• Lead and mentor field sales teams

Ideal Candidate:

• 5–8 years of proven sales experience in Home Textile / FMCG / FMCD
• Minimum 3 years of experience handling both GT & MT channels
• Strong distributor and Modern Trade network
• Excellent negotiation & commercial acumen
• Strong understanding of textile products and market trends
• Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Textile Management; MBA preferred
