Key Accounts Manager

Opening with a leading FMCG company for their office in Mumbai.

Role: Key Account Management - BDE

Experience: 2+ years

Roles & Responsibility:

• Manage key accounts and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, builders, and key customers.
• Drive project sales, account growth, and product promotion across assigned markets.
• Ensure timely payment collections and coordinate stock availability and inventory movement.
• Improve product visibility, placement, and availability across customer accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.
• Follow sales processes, reporting requirements, and company guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Relevant experience in sales, business development, key account management, or channel sales.
• Candidates with experience in sales of locks/architectural fittings/home safes/lockers/home living products/Building Hardware/interior.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
