Key Accounts Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and order booking targets.
• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including customer acquisition, site assessment coordination, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive repeat business and upselling.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth installation and project execution.
• Develop sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and relevant policies.
• Lead sales executives and channel partners, where applicable.

Preferred candidate profile

• Relevant experience in rooftop solar sales and business development.
• Strong exposure to residential and/or commercial and industrial (C&I) solar segments.
• Proven track record in lead generation, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and order closures.
• Experience in end-to-end sales cycle management and customer negotiations.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and business development skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and coordinate with technical and project execution teams.

Key KPIs: Revenue growth, order booking, pipeline development, project conversion, and customer retention.
