Key Accounts Manager

Role & responsibilities

i) Business Development & School Acquisition

• Identify, map, and target premium Pre-schools, Daycares, and K-12 schools across

assigned territories (Mumbai/ Bangalore).

• Pitch directly to key decision-makersincluding School Principals, Academic Directors,

Trustees, and Curriculum Heads.

• Successfully secure inclusion of Imagimake Learning Kits into mandatory school booklists

and annual activity fee structures.

• Close bulk institutional deals for setting up Imagimake Activity Rooms.

ii) Account Management & Lifetime Value (LTV)

• Serve as the single point of contact for onboarded partner schools, building strong, trusted

relationships.

• Drive annual contract renewals, expanding product lines across different grades/sections

within the same school network.

• Address operational inquiries, product delivery logistics, and client feedback promptly.

iii) Channel & Distributor Management

• Network and collaborate with local school vendors, book distributors, and educational

supply networks to accelerate school reach.

iv) On-Ground Activations & Teacher Engagement

• Coordinate with our Academic/Educational Specialist to conduct Teacher Orientation

Workshops on NEP 2020 play-based learning

• Execute on-campus engagement activities like "Imagimake Days" (inter/intra-school craft

and puzzle competitions) to increase brand visibility among teachers and parents.
