Key Accounts Manager - Ecommerce & Quick Commerce

Account management

• Own day-to-day relationships with Quick Commerce platforms and online marketplaces
• Build strong partnerships with category and account managers on each platform
• Negotiate terms, visibility and joint business plans

Listings, catalogue and visibility

• Set up and manage listings, catalogue and product content
• Improve search ranking, placements and discoverability
• Work with design on listing images and storefronts that convert

Pricing, promotions and platform ads

• Plan pricing, offers and participation in platform sale events
• Run sponsored listings and platform ad campaigns
• Track ROI and optimise spend for profitable growth

Supply, forecasting and reporting

• Forecast demand by platform and city with the supply chain team
• Keep dark stores stocked and avoid stock-outs
• Track sales, share, ratings and repeat, and report weekly to the founders

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
