Key Accounts Manager- Freight Forwarding

1) Manage and grow key customer accounts for Air Freight, Sea Freight, Road Transportation, Customs Clearance, and Logistics services.

2) Build strong relationships with existing customers and act as their primary point of contact.

3) Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and generate new leads.

4) Understand customer requirements and provide customized logistics solutions.

5) Prepare and share quotations, rate cards, and RFQs for air, sea, and road shipments.

6) Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and vendors for competitive pricing and service support.

7) Negotiate freight rates and commercial terms with customers.

Follow up on inquiries, quotations, approvals, and business conversions.

Coordinate with operations, documentation, and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.

8) Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Maintain CRM records, customer data, and sales reports.

9) Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on sales activities and revenue.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining profitability.
