We are looking for a seasoned Holiday Packages Operation professional to drive high-quality holiday solutions and manage premium client relationships.

Key Highlights:

• Drive Operations and manage end-to-end holiday packages (domestic & international)
• Ensuring high client satisfaction (CSAT/NPS) through seamless holiday package execution
• Optimizing supplier performance and costs while maintaining operational efficiency
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Track performance metrics and contribute to continuous process improvement

Core Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in holiday packages operations or travel industry roles
• Strong understanding of destinations, suppliers, and holiday pricing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
