Key Accounts Specialist

The Key Accounts Specialist is responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing client accounts within assigned connectivity-ready buildings and territories, ensuring revenue growth, compliance with sales and operational standards, and adherence to the client's policies and service-level expectations.

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and building a strong pipeline of potential clients
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to secure new contracts and expand existing client relationships
• Engage with clients to understand their needs, propose tailored solutions, and negotiate contract terms
• Collaborate closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing client satisfaction
• Contribute to the development of marketing and sales collateral to support the promotion of the company's products and services
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to stay informed about market trends and build a strong professional network

Qualifications:

• Sales experience is an advantage (not required)
• Willing to do fieldwork & client visits
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and can work independently
