Key Accounts Specialist

The Key Accounts Specialist is responsible for managing and growing relationships with assigned key supermarket accounts to achieve sales and business objectives. This role collaborates with customers and internal teams to drive sales growth, execute trade and merchandising initiatives, maintain product availability, and identify business opportunities that enhance account performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned key accounts and develop business plans to achieve sales, distribution, and profitability targets.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and recommend business solutions.
• Plan and execute trade promotions, merchandising activities, and new product launches to improve sales and brand visibility.
• Monitor inventory levels, product availability, pricing compliance, and category placement to ensure effective in-store execution.
• Build strong customer relationships, resolve account concerns, and provide accurate reports, forecasts, and business reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in Key Accounts Management, Sales, Trade Marketing, or FMCG operations.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must have a valid driver's license, strong driving skills, and willingness to travel within assigned areas.
