Key Client Advisor - Remote

Role Overview

A subset of our client households carries the most significant obligations and the most involved arrangements, and those relationships are handled by a small key client unit. We are opening a position on that unit. Retention is the measure of the role: households stay properly covered because someone reviews their situation on a set schedule and adjusts it when something changes.

The advisor prepares for each meeting, conducts it by phone or video, records the outcome, and carries any resulting file through to issue with a case manager. Meetings are placed on your calendar by our appointment team. The position is full time and remote, Monday through Friday on standard business hours. Compensation is commission based.

Primary Duties

• Serve as the point of contact for a defined group of key client households
• Conduct scheduled reviews and confirm current arrangements still match the household's obligations
• Recommend adjustments in writing with the reasoning on file
• Handle retention conversations when a household reconsiders its coverage
• Coordinate replacement or additional applications through case management to issue
• Log every contact, outcome, and follow-up date in the CRM

What We're Looking For

• Three or more years of professional experience managing ongoing client relationships
• A record of retaining clients through attentive, scheduled follow-up
• Comfort discussing detailed circumstances calmly and clearly
• Discipline to keep a full review calendar and never miss a follow-up
• A quiet home office with dependable internet and current equipment
• Weekday availability during standard business hours

Pay: $112,000.00 - $148,000.00 per year
