Responsibilities

• Open and close the store securely, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately
• Assist in supervising daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and creating a welcoming shopping experience
• Lead and motivate retail staff through effective communication, training, and development initiatives
• Oversee sales transactions using POS systems, process payments accurately, and handle cash responsibly
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and ensure proper inventory control practices are maintained

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales management or supervisory roles within the retail industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and communicate clearly
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and operational tasks
• Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for sales transactions and bookkeeping
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
• Knowledge of merchandising, pricing strategies, and operational management practices
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Previous experience within the thrift industry is advantageous

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
