The Role

We are looking for a Keyholder that will support the kiosk operations by delivering a tailored shopping journey and confidently meeting each client’s needs. Through strong product knowledge, proactive selling, and exceptional service, you will drive sales performance and help exceed store targets.

Main duties will include:

• Supporting Kiosk Management to achieve sales targets and contribute towards the stores KPI results
• Providing excellent customer service and leading by example to maximise sales
• Responsibility for opening and closing procedures.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• Preferably 1 year experience of working in a similar role in beauty or fashion retail
• Passion for providing excellent Customer Service
• A strong understanding of retail
• Ability to work to a flexible rota

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
