Key Holder

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Key Holder to join our retail team! As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading by example in managing daily store activities. Responsibilities

• Open and close the store confidently, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately
• Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and resolving issues to enhance their shopping experience
• Supervise daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling
• Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management
• Oversee POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges with precision
• Manage stock levels through inventory control, purchasing decisions, and stock replenishment
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, security protocols, and store policies at all times

Requirements

• Proven supervisory or assistant manager experience in retail or similar customer-focused environments
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and foster a collaborative atmosphere
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
• Demonstrated proficiency in retail math, sales management, pricing strategies, and cash handling
• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and bookkeeping practices
• Ability to handle negotiations with vendors and manage purchasing processes efficiently
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock organization
• Experience in employee orientation, interviewing, training & development programs is preferred
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques including marketing strategies and promotional activities
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and manage shift schedules effectively
• Multilingual capabilities enhance communication with diverse customer bases; fluency in additional languages is a plus
