Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Associate to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is someone with retail sales experience who thrives in a goal-driven environment and understands the importance of delivering an exceptional customer experience. A background in fragrance is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment

· Drive sales to meet and exceed store targets

· Build and maintain client relationships through personalized service

· Stay knowledgeable about our fragrance collections and brand story

· Maintain store cleanliness and product presentation

· Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

· luxury retail preferred

· Proven ability to meet sales goals

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Professional appearance and demeanor

· Reliability and integrity are a must

· Experience with fragrances is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right candidate

· Must be available to work weekends and some holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.50 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
