Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Keyholder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong background in retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations and ensure excellent customer service
• Opening and closing operations
• Train, motivate, and supervise retail staff to meet sales targets
• Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately
• Implement strategies to drive sales and meet budget goals
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Experience
Required Skills:

• Sales management experience
• Strong leadership abilities
• Proficiency in retail sales techniques
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Basic math skills

Must have

• Minimum 6 months -1 year of experience in managing a team
• Minimum 6 months Retail Experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.45 per hour

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
